As I deliver my last photo session of the year, and prepare for this wonderful holiday, I would like to leave a message to you: client, fan, friend.
In April 2011, JT Photography will be celebrating its second Anniversary, and I have to say I’m blown away. Your appreciation and love for my work made me a better person in 2010.
When I started JT Photography in April 2008 I was excited, but with the overwhelming number of photographers in Utah, I never really thought of having this amazing feedback from you.
Since then, there hasn’t been a month that I haven’t had work. There wasn’t a month that I haven’t had the pleasure of your company.
I have spent time with old friends, and had the opportunity of making new ones.
I have captured your true smiles and special moments. Sometimes I look back at some of your pictures and remember how much fun we had, how much we laughed and even cried (of happiness, of course) during you special moment. And that doesn’t include just weddings. Every moment in life is special, and it is made even better when spent with loved ones.
Also in 2010, thanks to you, I found myself in photography. Not just as a portrait photographer, but a lifestyle one. We ran on the snow together, some of you threw leaves at me, gave me rocks as gifts, and even invited me to your homes as a friend.
Every photo session is unique, just like you. Every family has a different exposure, a color, a smile. And you can truly see that in each and every photo session. Even if they are at the same place, they aren’t composed by the same people, the same personalities. Therefore, your photo session is only yours.
I also believe families, couples and individuals shouldn’t have to spend a lot of money when keeping their own memories and smiles. I had several families confessing me that it was their first time taking professional family pictures because they could never afford it. I am happy to deliver beautiful pictures at a reasonable price. Every one deserves it. I do my work for the love of photography more than anything else.
I hope your 2011 is filled with love, beautiful memories, and beautiful pictures.
And I wish all of you a wonderful Christmas, surrounded by your loved ones.
With Love,
Juliana Turner
