Ashley and Trent

IMG_3688copy

Even for someone who is been living in Utah for more than seven years, I wasn’t prepared for this:

44 weddings happening in one day, at the same place.

Dozens of photographers, brides, grooms, and hundreds of family members and friends.

It was…

new.

I can’t help it but to remember my wedding every time I go to Salt Lake. And I can’t help but to wish every single couple as much happiness as me and my husband have.

We took pictures on the same stairs with our loved ones, we walked with our photographer through the same places,

we are as happy as we can be till this day.

And for Ashley and Trent, all that happiness

and future blond children. ;)

The Amato Family

Every one should have a out-of-your-country experience.

Even if you live in an amazing country like the US.

I did. In fact, I’ve been doing if for the past seven years. Living in another country expands your knowledge, your respect for other cultures and the love for your own.

And that’s exactly what the Amato Family is doing here. They’ve been here for two moths, and will be back to Brazil soon, but I know that their lives will never be the same.

And that reminds me that I won’t be going down to Brazil this year. Airlines prices are making sure of that. For now, I’ll be missing my folks, the food, and the familiar smells that bring back beautiful memories of my childhood and teenage years. And I will also, be here, enjoying the amazing American summer; its great way of life and faster internet. ;)

And the best part of an international experience, is that your can merge the best of every country you visited, and make your own right inside the walls of your home.

For all countries have amazing features,

just like every single one of us.

The Aidukaitis Family

Tips of the day: trust yourself and have a big family.

This photo session almost didn’t happen, if I haven’t stopped looking at the weather forecast, and just trusted myself - and the Aidukaitis.

It was cloudy, humid, windy (as you can see by the hair movement), the insects were having a blast with our fresh Brazilian meat, and we could see the rain coming. And boy, it was close. Nonetheless, we stayed and the sun decided to reward our efforts.

Last time I met with the Aidukaitis, one of them was pregnant, the other single and one a newlywed. Now, we had an almost toddler, someone engaged and beautiful newborn.

And my heart warms up when I see happy families together. That no matter how many bug bites they get, they are

together.

And they can even change the weather.

I didn’t rain.

I love big families and the trust and love they have between each other.

Makes me want to raise the numbers of my own.

And we will always wish for sunny days.
