The Armstrong Family

I wish I was still in contact with my high school friends.

Well, I have them on Facebook and all… but… you know… it’s just not the same.

Nathan, on the other hand, is very privileged to have such awesome friends from high school; and when the Armstrongs told us they were coming to visit, we were thrilled!

So, nothing better than to have dinner at In-and-Out, and to spend the rest of the day letting the kids get extra dirty with sand.

It was a very quick, but such a fun photo session!

We hope they can come more often.

Also, the next day it rain, and I think they brought that straight from Washington.

It was perfect.

The Eshelman Family

As soon as I saw the beautiful apple tree at their house, I knew I had to have a photo session with them.

The sunset was (as it always is on summer) golden yellow, perfect. Oh, and I just got a message from them that those green apples are all ready to be eaten.

Pies, tarts, apple crumbs… anything goes. At my house I sometimes forget to buy milk, but never apples.

Also, that reminds me: Fall is coming.

Yep. It’s true.

I already saw several trees turning orange and red up at the Canyon.

Time to go outside and enjoy the last

weeks of warmth and snow cones.

I’m not ready to say good bye to summer quite yet.

The Maia Family

I was born and raised in a big city.

I always loved the busy life, the buildings and the malls, of course.

But lately, nothing makes me happier than the mountains, nature and the lack of sound when the TV is off.

And those blue breathtaking mountains on the background? Pretty much my backyard.

And when the Maias called me for a photo session and chose this exact place,

I couldn’t be happier.

The Catingueira Family

Meet the Catingueira family.

Suelen and Rodrigo are my son’s Sunday School teachers, and I couldn’t be more thankful for that. Plus, they even win more points with my family by cheering for my dad’s soccer team.

Not only all that, but they are so nice and so sweet!

I’m just sorry to say that they won’t be in the US for much longer.

Hopefully we can meet for more beautiful pictures until then.

This family is a keeper.
